World-wide experience in polymer chemicals, coatings, resins, fragrances, cosmetics, detergents, fine chemicals. Knight in the order of Oranje Nassau 1997. Founded Chemconserve 1985; owns and runs the company. Handles GTBE and iodine and rare earths recovery.  
Wladimir Kesber
Doris Latchman and Annemieke Alblas, a perfect team, both part-time, responsible for the daily secretarial jobs such as correspondence with customers and prospects, making quotations and sending samples. Also carrying out deliveries to regular customers all the way from placing a purchase order to invoicing the customer.
 
Doris Latchman
Annemieke (with Chemconserve since 1990) is further responsible for other financial work such as booking of incoming invoices, payments and monthly financial reports. Doris (with Chemconserve since 1999) in addition perfectly watches over the stocks and makes the monthly insurance statements. Together they are good for 25 years of experience with Chemconserve. 
Annemieke Alblas
MSc Utrecht University. PhD Delft Technical University. 45 years of broad R&D experience at TNO and Svenska Cellulosa in the field of carbohydrate / cellulose chemistry, including wood and paperfibres. Emphasis on oxidative modifications including TEMPO-mediated and enzymatic reactions.
With Chemconserve since 2004. Main responsibility: development of TEMPO and –derivatives applications; new uses for carbohydrate materials.
 
Arie Besemer
MSc and PhD Delft Technical University. Several years at Royal Dutch / Shell lab Amsterdam. Reader and many years full professor organic chemistry Delft Technical University. Dean of Faculty and Vice-chancellor. 600 papers and patents; over 70 theses supervised. Edited several books. Green chemistry. Main fields catalysis, carbohydrates and zeolites. Member of the Royal Dutch Academy of Arts and Sciences. Akzo research prize. Knight in the order of the Nederlandse Leeuw 1992.
With Chemconserve since 1998. Contributes in all basic and applied chemistry / technology matters. 
Herman van Bekkum
BSc Chemistry Eindhoven. 8 Years leading positions in API manufacture Diosynth (Akzo Nobel). 4 years business development Diosynth. 20 years market research at Akzo Chemicals, of which 6 as head of department.
With Chemconserve since 2005. Responsible for collecting and interpreting market data. 
Joop Drost
MSc and PhD University Amsterdam. Operations manager and director of R&D at Forbo Group and Helvoet Rubber. Worldwide experience in polymer processing.
With Chemconserve since 1996. In charge of Bisphenol Resin and alkylresorcinols (Honeyol) application- and market development. 
Siem Kroon
MSc Leiden University. Fragrances research at Naarden, product manager DSM. Product line manager DHV and KTI active in desulfurizing, denox, dehydrochlorination, fuel cells, project management hydrogen, ammonia and ethylene production.
With Chemconserve since 2001. Involved with GTBE. 
Johan Meeuwsen
MSc organic chemistry plus Business Economics Utrecht University. 6 Years at DuPont fibers at Dordrecht and Geneve, in marketing and product development. Commercial and Business Unit management functions at Akzo Nobel Chemicals. Executive Asia / Pacific area (Akzo Nobel Chemicals). President Diosynth North America.
With Chemconserve since 1998. Responsible for anisole, TEMPO, vinyl benzyl chloride and lithium niobate / -tantalate.  
Kees Nederveen
Alummus INSEAD. Purchasing Akzo Fibres; sales manager ICI specialties. Business management Zeneca Resins. Executive VP sales/marketing Image Polymers (Zeneca / Mitsui). HR manager Zeneca.
With Chemconserve since 2000. Responsible for insoluble sulfur (IS), biphenyl/terphenyl, Surfadol and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO).
 
Gerard Nijhuis
BSc chemistry Eindhoven, MBA Nijenrode University. Business unit and general manager functions at Unilever Chemical Division and Akzo Nobel Chemicals. World-wide experience in product development and marketing in polymer processing, coating, cosmetics, detergents, crop protection.
With Chemconserve since 2001. Handles a-methyl styrene dimer (AMSD), trimesic acid, Bisphenol S and resorcinol application and market development.
